Seems pretty simple, but with added "inline" comments on each post. Lot simpler than Plurk, that was really winding me up. Do like the basic KISS quality of Twitter though.
It's emailing me updates which is something I guess but seems odd that is a view in the application. Channels look to work with # in front of the keyword, so maybe you can have a user channel (#nickwilsdon)?
Hmmm, it is a little confusing with no reply function. But, the colors are indicators. Blue is where you comment, yellow is a reply to a post. http://jaiku.com/help/commands < Reading the docs now.
@Edward Yep but this was my bugbear with Plurk. I'm not going to come back in the morning and read through 1500 msg to find the ones addresses to me. Doing that makes it a chatroom not a communication tool.

I really like the comments being grouped together. That is something that really bugs me with Twitter. Following Tweets is a pain in the arse!

You have to be careful to make sure you are replying to the proper post. It could get rather confusing. :)
